We’re sorry to hear that and would love the opportunity to make things right for you.

When purchasing non-personalized products, customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
This cooling-off period starts on the day after the product is received by the customer or by a representative authorized and known to us.

You may return your order within 14 days after receiving the return form to our return address in the Netherlands. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days.

Please note: If you send the return later than 14 days after receiving the return form, we are not obliged to refund the full amount.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us before returning it. We’ll be happy to find a suitable solution or replacement together.

If you purchased a personalized product, it cannot be returned.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact us
Send us an email at info@kiddos-corner.com or use the contact form.
Please include the reason for your return so we can process it as quickly as possible.

Step 2: Send your package
Ship the items together with the completed return form to the return address listed on the form.
Always include a Track & Trace code with your shipment. You, as the sender, are responsible for the return package, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to the same payment method used for your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified by us.
In the US, average return shipping costs range from $10 to $15, depending on the chosen courier and the package size.
