Not satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that and we’d love to make it right.

When purchasing non-personalized products, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day after you (or a representative designated by you) receive the product.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1 — Contact us
Reach our customer service via the contact form or email info@kiddos-corner.com and include your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions and return form.

Step 2 — Send your items
Return the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on that form.
Always ship with Track & Trace. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment; Track & Trace avoids misunderstandings.

Step 3 — Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Eligibility: Items must be returned (where reasonably possible) in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories or tags.

• Personalized items: Products that are customized/personalized cannot be returned.

• Return window: After you notify us of your withdrawal, please send the return within 14 days. Keep your proof of shipment.

• Return costs: Unless we made a mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Damaged or wrong item received: Please contact info@kiddos-corner.com before returning. We’ll arrange a suitable solution or replacement.

• Refund timing: We initiate the refund within 5 business days after we physically receive and check your return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

• Late/missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, email us at info@kiddos-corner.com with your order number and return proof.
